UniCare offers full featured and flexible plans to individuals that are part of a group or company. With our plans, you and your employees are free to choose your health care providers. When you choose providers from UniCare's independently contracted network, costs to you are reduced. These providers accept negotiated fees — what we term "The UniCare Advantage." You will usually pay more for the services of out-of-network, nonparticipating providers.
